A day in France is easy by ferry from Dover to Calais as well as various other sea routes and by train through the Channel Tunnel on Le Shuttle. Bring your current passport and pre-book for the best fare deals.

Visitors are free to use the owners' grounds extending to 8 acres and providing a wide range of attractions including formal gardens with a lake, hard tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool. Hodges is within easy walking distance of: 'Pay and Play' golf course. Bowles Outdoor Pursuit Centre (Rock climbing, dry ski slope, etc.) appriximately 3 miles. Royal Tunbridge Wells (The Pantiles) a short 10 minute drive.
